What is AI search visibility?

It's how often AI tools such as Google AI Mode, AI Overviews and ChatGPT name your business when someone asks a question you can answer, such as which solicitor in Leeds handles probate or which physio in Bristol treats running injuries. Some people call the work generative engine optimisation, or GEO.

How is this different from SEO?

It overlaps a lot. Google says its AI features use the same indexing as normal search and need no special markup. The difference is what we measure and fix: whether AI answers name you, what they say about you, and which sources they rely on, rather than where a page ranks in a list of links.

Can you guarantee AI will recommend my business?

No. Nobody controls what AI tools say, and they give different answers to the same question on different days. We fix what they read, measure carefully and report exactly what changed, including when nothing did.

How do you measure results?

We ask your customers' questions the way they ask them, in the AI tools they use, and save every answer with its date. We report counts, such as how many answers named you, so every number can be checked.

Why not just take a screenshot?

Because answers vary. One answer can make a business look better or worse than it is. We look across many answers and never pick the best one.

Do you need access to customer data?

No. We work on public information: your website, Google profile and listings. Review requests go out from your own systems, so we never see customer contact details. Contact forms on sites we build ask people not to include sensitive details.

Who owns the website and accounts?

You do. Your domain, Google profile and logins stay in your name, and content we create is yours once it's paid for. If you leave, we hand everything over, free of charge.

How long before anything changes?

Profile and page fixes can go live quickly. AI tools need time to re-read pages, so we give changes time before measuring again. Some third-party corrections take longer.

Will this break my sector's advertising rules?

No. We follow the CAP Code and the rules of your regulator, such as the SRA for solicitors, the HCPC for physios or the GDC for dentists, and flag anything risky before it goes near your site. You approve everything before it's published.

Do you use tricks such as hidden text for AI?

Never. No hidden text, no fake or rewarded reviews, no asking only happy customers. Just accurate, useful information, which is also what the rules require.

Which businesses do you work with?

Any UK business whose customers ask AI who to choose: solicitors and accountants, clinics, trades, dental practices, estate agents, restaurants and hotels, and B2B service and software firms. Get in touch to see if it's a fit.

What does it cost?

Plans fit the business. Start with a free AI snapshot and we'll recommend a plan once we know what's needed.
