Home Industries / Solicitors and accountants
Legal and accountancy work is bought on trust, and more people now start by asking an AI tool which local firm handles their kind of matter and roughly what it costs.

For solicitors, much of what AI needs is already required: the SRA Transparency Rules mean many firms publish prices for conveyancing, probate and employment claims. Whether AI can read and quote that information depends on how it's published.
We measure what AI says about your firm, make your prices, people and specialisms readable, and measure again. Everything stays within your regulator's rules.
Example questions. At the start of every project we write and test your own customers' questions.
The sources we check first. What AI actually cites varies by place and question, so we check yours.
Practice area pages, price information, people pages and case examples.
Categories, services and reviews for each office.
Such as the Law Society's Find a Solicitor and accountancy body directories.
Client review platforms and independent legal directories where you're listed.
Each one is fixable, and most of the work is on pages and profiles you already own.
SRA-required price information often sits in a downloadable PDF. A plain web page with the same figures is easier for AI to read and quote.
'Private client services' covers wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and more. Each needs its own page to match the question someone asks.
Who does the work, their role, their admission or qualification year and the matters they handle are the details AI repeats.
Multi-office firms often have mismatched addresses, phone numbers or hours across Google, directories and their own site.
'Accounts and tax' doesn't answer 'accountant for landlords' or 'sole trader tax return price'. Specific service pages with prices from do.
Asking only happy clients breaks Google's policy and UK consumer law. A fair, consistent request process gives AI accurate words about your work.
You stay responsible for your marketing, so we flag anything risky and don't publish it. You approve everything first.
Firms publish price and service information for services such as residential conveyancing, probate, some immigration work, motoring offences and employment tribunal claims, plus their complaints procedure and the SRA digital badge. We put that information on the page as text, as well as in any PDF.
Nothing we write misleads clients about your services, your people or your regulation.
We follow the rules of your professional body, such as ICAEW, ACCA or ICAS, including how designations such as 'chartered accountants' are used.
Claims you can support, prices that are clear, and reviews asked of every client alike in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
Then we measure again and show you what changed. How it works.
No. The rules are the same. Publishing the required price information as clear web pages, alongside any PDF, meets the rules and gives AI something accurate to quote.
Only with your approval and with client details removed. We follow your confidentiality duties and never use information that could identify a client.
Yes. People ask AI for accountants by town, service and type of client, such as landlords, contractors or charities. The same method applies, under your professional body's rules.
We ask the questions your clients ask, in the AI tools they use, at the start of every project, and report what we find as counts with dates.
