Home Industries / Trades and home services
When a boiler fails or a kitchen needs fitting, people increasingly ask an AI tool for a reliable local tradesperson. The answer usually names a few firms, says what they do, roughly what they charge and how they're reviewed.

Many trades have thin websites and rely on trade directories and word of mouth. That leaves AI with little to say about them, or with out-of-date details from an old listing.
We measure what AI says about your business, fix the website and profiles it reads, and help you collect fair reviews, then measure again.
Example questions. At the start of every project we write and test your own customers' questions.
The sources we check first. What AI actually cites varies by place and question, so we check yours.
Services, areas covered, typical prices and examples of finished work.
Service areas, categories, hours, photos and reviews.
Sites such as Checkatrade, TrustATrader and MyBuilder, where you're listed.
Trustpilot, and schemes such as Gas Safe Register and TrustMark that confirm who you are.
Each one is fixable, and most of the work is on pages and profiles you already own.
'We cover West Yorkshire' doesn't answer 'electrician in Halifax'. A clear list of towns you work in does.
Exact quotes depend on the job, but typical ranges such as 'boiler replacement from £X' give AI something accurate to repeat.
Gas Safe, NICEIC, NAPIT or TrustMark membership with registration numbers answers the trust questions people ask.
Short write-ups of finished jobs, with the town and the type of work, give AI specific detail about what you do.
A previous phone number or trading name on a directory gets repeated in answers. We find and correct them.
If you take out-of-hours calls, say so plainly on your site and profile, with the hours and any call-out charge.
You stay responsible for your marketing, so we flag anything risky and don't publish it. You approve everything first.
Gas work must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We only describe gas services you're registered for, with your registration number shown.
Notifiable electrical work in England falls under Part P of the Building Regulations. We state your competent person scheme membership, such as NICEIC or NAPIT, accurately.
Prices and claims such as 'fully insured' or 'fixed price' must be accurate and clear under the CAP Code.
Cancellation rights for contracts signed at a customer's home under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and reviews asked of every customer alike under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
Then we measure again and show you what changed. How it works.
It helps. Directory profiles are useful sources, but your own site is where you control the detail: areas, prices, accreditations and examples, and AI answers often cite a business's own website.
Typical ranges are enough, with a clear note on what changes the price. That gives customers and AI something accurate to work with, and you still quote each job.
Possibly. Plans are sized to the business, and if your site is very thin a rebuild may be the better first step. Start with a free AI snapshot and we'll tell you honestly.
We ask the questions your customers ask, in the AI tools they use, at the start of every project, and report what we find as counts with dates.
